WHAT TICKETS DO I NEED IF I WANT TO STAY OVERNIGHT?To stay on site overnight you must book your camping pitch and weekend tickets must be purchased for each person staying. All tickets must have been purchased on this website. All occupants of the tent/vehicle must also have weekend tickets.

CAN I UPGRADE MY WEEKEND TICKET TO A CAMPING TICKET?Yes, you can upgrade a weekend ticket to a camping ticket on the ticket page, all you need to do is purchase your camping ticket. You can choose a weekend camping which includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday night or choose Saturday camping that includes Saturday only.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY WRISTBAND?When you buy your ticket online, an E-ticket will be emailed to the email address you provided. Simply print this out or bring your E-ticket on your phone to the entrance of the festival where it will be exchanged for a wristband(s) anytime from 10 am Friday 5th July 2024 if you are camping and 5pm if you are not camping. The wristband collection will be available for the entire duration of the event. If there are multiple people booked under one ticket order that are arriving at different times, just print the same E-Ticket off or send a copy for the individuals and our box office staff will check people in separately from the same order.

WHAT TICKETS DO I NEED?If you are joining us for the day you have to purchase a Day Ticket If you wish to join us for the whole weekend you must purchase a weekend ticket this also includes entry for Friday evening. if you wish to camp, you must purchase a camping ticket. Here is an example of what tickets should be purchased for a group of four camping in a motorhome: 4 x weekend camping tickets (18+) 1 x motorhome ticket Every person who wishes to camp, either in tents or vehicles, requires a weekend ticket.

CARERS TICKETSHere at Bike Festival SW we wish that everyone has the best time and that it’s accessible to all. Carers tickets are available on the ticket section of the website. You will need one the following forms of documentation as proof on the day : PIP (Personal independence payment) DLA – Care and/or Mobility Letter from a medical professional Deaf or blind registration The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets Blue Badge – Permitted for parking only requests Alongside this you will also need the valid ticket reference for the event you require to attend. If you do not provide proof then you may be asked to pay for a full price ticket

HOW DO YOU GET HERE?Bike Festival SW is located at the Royal Cornwall Showground, just outside of Wadebridge on the A39. If you are driving to the Showground you should use postcode PL27 7JE

WHAT TIME DOES THE FESTIVAL OPEN?Campervans, motorhomes and tent campers can arrive from 10 am Friday, 5th July 2024 to park and pitch tents. We open our festival gates at 5pm on Friday 5th July. Friday night last entry will be 8pm. Saturday and Sunday morning campers can enter the festival from 8am for breakfast/ coffee etc. The festival opens at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. We ask all campers to vacate the site by midday on Monday 8th July. Breakfast will be available on Monday morning until 10am Please take all of your belongings with you.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?Well behaved dogs are permitted onsite, they must be kept on a lead. All dog mess must be collected and placed in the bins provided.

WILL THERE BE SECURITY?There will be a vigilant security team operating within the festival monitoring the site. There is zero tolerance for antisocial behaviour and the use of any illegal substances. No glass is allowed on site. A fencing and security entrance system will be in operation.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, DRINK AND ALCOHOL?Bringing alcohol into the festival is strictly prohibited, however, a small amount is allowed within the campsite. No more than- 1 bottle of spirits, 3 bottles of wine, 1 crate of lager or cider per person. Security will confiscate any alcohol that is deemed more than appropriate for personal consumption. Please do not bring any glass onto the site, decant all beverages or food into suitable non-glass containers. No alcohol is to brought into the main festival arena at all. We have a selection of food and drinks within the site to choose from. Bringing alcohol into the festival area is strictly prohibited. Our security team will be checking for any alcohol and will confiscate it.

DISABLED ACCESSThe venue is accessible and there is the option of disabled parking. Accessible camping is also available There are disabled toilets on site. If you require any special assistance please contact a member of staff

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY AT EVENTS​We have a team of photographers / videographers who have access to all areas of the festival site for the full duration of the festival. the content captured will be used to promote any of our events across social media, print media, marketing, press and online websites. If you do not wish to be captured at any of our events, please let a team member know.
